- 100% working interest in 2,802 hectares (6,924 acres);

- Airborne VTEM (2006) and ground TDEM (2007) surveys defined conductive trends which are the strike extension of the basement conductor/structure that hosts Uranium mineralization at the nearby Sand Lake Zone (Cameco Corp.);
- Only one previous hole drilled on the Titan property; and
- 1,568 metres (4 holes) Titan drill program (2008) tested a basement conductor and coincident easterly trending structure on the south side of the property which are along strike of extensive drilling on adjacent Cameco ground. All holes intersected fractured, poorly consolidated clay-altered sandstone rocks. Hole TBN-08-02 exhibited anomalous Uranium values above the unconformity (up to 20.9 ppm uranium). Hole TBN-08-04 intersected 0.057% U3O8 over 0.60 metres.
