- 100% working interest in 34,325 hectares (84,819 acres);
- Historical exploration traced a graphitic EM zone where a pitchblende veinlet in a diabase dyke yielded a grab sample with 3.2% U3O8;
- Airborne EM survey (2005) identified numerous conductors and additional claims staked to cover anomalies;
- Airborne VTEM survey (2006) and ground TDEM survey (2007) conducted to define drill targets;
- 1,689 metres (4 holes) Titan drill program (2008) tested targets defined in 2006 and 2007. All holes exhibited elevated values of Uranium (up to 3.5 ppm U) and Boron (up to 191 ppm B). Hole FLM-08-03 intersected a 39-metre interval of anomalous Uranium. Pathfinder elements, such as Uranium and Boron, are typically elevated in the vicinity of Uranium mineralization; and
- TDEM survey was completed in March 2009 to detail the conductive trends indentified by the 2006 VTEM survey.
